Nandi Madida was at the event to accept her husband’s award, as he won The Musician of the Year.
The multi-talented star shared a video of her speech at the event and captioned it with a congratulatory note.
“Congrats @ZakesBantwinii for winning the musician of the year award at the @gqsouthafrica awards unfortunately he couldn’t make it so he asked me to accept his award on his behalf and congrats on your Grammy nomination,” she wrote.
Zakes Bantwini also appreciated her on social media for being an amazing wife.
