D.C Young Fly Pays Tribute To Jacky Oh On Kids’ Birthdays

D.C. Young Fly has held it down for his children despite the death of his longtime girlfriend and children’s mother, Jacky Oh — and he proved that when he celebrated his children’s birthdays. The Wild N’Out star celebrated the birthday of 1-year-old Prince and 3-year-old Nala on Sunday (July 23). D.C. Young Fly shared photos of the professionally decorated cakes filled with jungle animals, mermaids, and even an “Under the Sea”-style theme.

But the most poignant photo D.C. Young Fly shared was that of a photo of Jacky Oh, whose face can be seen behind the beautiful cakes. “Wish You Were Here,” he captioned the photo.

Check out the pics from the celebration below.

D.C. Young Fly previously paid tribute to Jacky with an Instagram post last month, calling her “the greatest mother” he knows.

“I wasn’t in no rush to post this because I wanted it to be a dream so bad but every hour I’m reminded of reality so I wanna make sure I applaud you in the proper manner,” he wrote alongside a series of intimate photos and videos from throughout their relationship.

“You are the GREATEST MOTHER I KNOW your soul was beautiful Yu always wanted the best for others and I admired how our family love each other!!! Never had to worry about our kids loving each other cause you were on top of Dat!!! You know we are GOD fearing and we are grounded by the spirit.”

Jacky Oh (real name Jacklyn Smith) passed away on June 1 at the age of 32. TMZ reported that the model, actor, and Shein partner — who met D.C. Young Fly in 2015 when he was on Wild N’Out for the first time — was in Miami getting what’s known as a “mommy makeover” when she reportedly passed away.

In recent years, “mommy makeovers” have become very popular amongst the celebrity crowd, with folks like Blac Chyna, Cardi B, and Pepa of Salt-N-Pepa all confessing to the procedure after they’d given birth to their children.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons reports that a “mommy makeover” often consists of a combination of several procedures, including a breast augmentation, lift, or reduction; a tummy tuck; a butt augmentation; liposuction; and an arm or a thigh lift.

“Mommy makeovers” are often done by mothers after their pregnancies to get the “snap back” look but can also be done by post-menopausal women who put on weight due to hormone fluctuations.
