The late Naledi Willers was a Botswana-born beauty queen turned reality television star who passed on at the tender age of 30.
In the short years that life offered her, Naledi Willers lived a full life. She chased her modelling dream and was crowned as the 2nd princess in the Miss Botswana pageant in 2009. She was also a lawyer, a chef and a television personality.
Besides her career, Naledi Willers also followed her heart’s passion and was married once in her lifetime but unfortunately, it didn’t end well for her.
Here is a walk down memory lane to what went down during the late Naledi Willers’ wedding. We will also reveal who her husband was, what caused her untimely death as well as her children if she had any.

Who was Naledi Willers’ husband?

The late Naledi Willers was once married. Her ex-husband was Quinton Masina, who is popularly known as Naked DJ. Naked DJ is one of the most popular entertainment personalities in South Africa.
He is a deejay, a radio host and a producer at Metro FM and a reality TV star who gained international fame after appearing on the Netflix hit reality show, Young, Famous, and African in March 2022.
Details about when and where Naledi Willers and Naked DJ met and when they started dating are not available but the two got married in 2017 in a private wedding. Unfortunately, their marriage wasn’t destined to last long and after two years they announced their separation.
While Quinton Masina moved on and is currently in a serious relationship with a professional footballer called Kayleigh Schwark, after her marriage to Naked DJ ended, Naledi Willers kept her personal life very private and it’s unclear if she ever dated someone else.

All the details about Naledi Willers’ wedding

In 2017, news of Naked DJ and Naledi Willers’ wedding caught us by surprise after pictures of the two in their wedding attire made rounds online.
The couple had a low-key traditional wedding and they dressed the part. Naledi Willers was a gorgeous bride and she rocked a gorgeous green and white African printed gown with a matching head scarf while her dashing groom wore a white shirt with a matching African print.
Details about where Naked DJ and Naledi Willers’ wedding took place have not been provided but it is generally assumed that it took place at Naledi’s home as it is a custom.

It is unclear whether the couple’s famous friends were present at the colorful wedding as the couple was very private about the whole affair.

Naledi Willers did not have any children. She was born in a small village in Botswana in 1991 to a Motswana mother and a white father.
It is not clear if she had any siblings, but she had very good friends whom she considered her sisters and brothers including Oneal Madumo and Minnie Dlamini.

What happened to Naledi Willers?

In November 2019, the beautiful model got diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer. For the next two years, she battled cancer and chronicled her journey with her treatment.
After a long fight, Naledi Willers passed away on 7th December 2021. She was laid to rest in her home- Palapye, Botswana.
May her soul continue to rest in peace.
